Ion-exchange softeners for hardness reduction ahead of boilers and membranes
Overview
JIE NENG's water softening systems use ion-exchange resin tanks paired with brine regeneration tanks and a control panel for manual or automatic regeneration cycling, reducing feedwater hardness before it reaches boilers, RO membranes or process lines.
The twin-tank layout allows continuous operation, with one vessel in service while the other is regenerated with brine, and pressure gauges on the control panel let operators monitor system backpressure across the service cycle.
Softening is commonly specified as a pretreatment stage ahead of reverse osmosis or as a standalone hardness-control system for boiler feed and general industrial process water.
