Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane Systems
Hollow-fiber ultrafiltration trains for suspended solids and pathogen reduction
Overview
JIE NENG's ultrafiltration systems arrange hollow-fiber membrane modules on a steel support frame with automated backwash piping, dosing connections and flow instrumentation, providing a physical barrier stage between raw or pretreated water and downstream membrane or storage systems.
The modular skid layout allows the module count to be scaled to the required flow, and the system is typically installed after coarse filtration and before reverse osmosis, protecting downstream membranes from fouling.
Chemical dosing points for coagulant or cleaning-in-place solutions are integrated into the frame, and the system is delivered assembled and pressure-tested for on-site connection.
