Overview
For projects requiring volumes beyond standard skid-mounted equipment, JIE NENG fabricates custom steel tanks and clarifier structures on site or at the factory, including access ladders, inlet/outlet flanges and coating systems suited to the process medium.
These structures are engineered to the buyer's civil and hydraulic requirements and are commonly used as clarifiers, equalization tanks or storage vessels within larger industrial water and wastewater treatment schemes, such as installations near cooling towers and power facilities.
Fabrication follows the project's structural drawings, with welded steel plate construction, protective coating and integrated piping connections delivered ready for commissioning.
